Pilates is a form of low impact stretching and conditioning exercises which focus on the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient movement. Through Pilates not only will you be able to develop strength, improve flexibility and agility and tone your stomach, thigh and gluteal muscles, you will also develop an awareness of how your body works, helping your mind and body work in harmony.

Yoga

Originating over five thousand years ago, yoga is a holistic practise that incorporates the breath, body, and mind to help bring about harmony and unity. Accessible to all, it is about finding the style of Yoga that suits the Individual.

Golf Fitness

Golf Fitness is a low impact functional fitness class aimed mainly towards the over 55’s. It focuses on general strength, flexibility and balance and is suitable for all sports as well as general daily activities such as gardening and DIY.
