Pilates at the St Lawrence Clinic Canterbury
Developed by Joseph Pilates over a lifetime, Pilates is a form of low impact stretching and conditioning exercises which focus on the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient movement.
Through Pilates not only will you will be able to develop strength, improve flexibility and agility and tone your stomach, thigh and gluteal muscles, you will also develop an awareness of how your body works, helping your mind and body work in harmony.
The Canterbury Clinic has both male and female instructors, ensuring you can find the instructor that's right for you.
Pilates Classes or offered at 3 different levels: Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced. Classes are delivered in 6 week blocks and discounts are available to those who sign up for 12 or 18 week packages.
